The amount reported on Schedule K must be computed by comparing the total budget to the total number of taxable employees of the organization which must not exceed 35 employees at all times, multiplied by the number of taxable employees at all times, and rounded to the nearest 100. 902.40. If any portion of tax-exempt organization's budget exceeds 100,000, the organization must report on Schedule K the total excess of the funding from the organization over 100,000 multiplied by the number of taxable employees at all times.
